Fast food but i was waiting for like 15 minute

Wanted to order something from the app, the lady at the counter didn't understand anything and that is why we only ordered one dish because she said it was impossible to order more ... Only once per app. It was always strangely normal in other branches.

Unfortunately one of the worst Mc Donalds in the area. Service in the restaurant is acceptable but the drive in is an absolute disaster. Our orders for 2 adults (mostly a Mc Menu) and 1 child (Happy Meal) are faulty in 99% of our visits and of mediocre quality. People like to forget the toys, put the wrong components in the Happy Meal or only have the older toys from the previous promotion, which means that the use of the Mc App is hardly possible and you get constant error messages because products are not available. The burgers also clapped together lovelessly. It is also strange that the Mc Donalds in Crailsheim, which belongs to the same franchise, works worlds better. A prime example of a really good Mc Donalds is the restaurant in Gunzenhausen; There the burgers look like the pictures and every order is flawless.

One of the worst MCs in southern Germany - I see 3-4 MC branches every week and find this branch really well below average. Sometimes something is missing in the drive and the waiting times defy description.

Super nice staff are super fast and always friendly you should be ashamed if you give bad reviews, because do you think you're always super nice and friendly since stressful situations?

Finally a restaurant that gets almost full stars from me. A blonde, somewhat firmer lady gives me 4 stars for the first time. Had breakfast yesterday. Nice and courteous employees. Customer oriented and tries to meet customer needs. Tip to the boss ... just keep the employee. You'd love to come back there. Thanks for that ?

A very good burger. Completely different than in Poland. Fast order production time. It was tasty. A new place. You can see that they care about order. The service was nice and helpful. When it comes to German women, not too pretty, not too ugly. The offer significantly expanded in terms of premium burgers in Germany and in Poland. Standard prices for two premium sandwiches, french fries and large coffee € 18 also standard as in the month of donalnd

Already pointed out several times that contactless payment by mobile phone does not work at the terminals, unfortunately nothing is changing.

Loveless, just like a truck stop. Potato wedges too expensive, apple pocket OK. Cappuccino very good. A bit dirty. McDonald's ... only go in an emergency.

When you finally manage to process your order list individually. What is missing is always at home. If I wrote a complaint every time I wouldn't be believed as often as it happens

A disaster today. Ice cream is not McDonald's usual ice cream. After a short while, ice in milk separated with water. Condition overwhelmed. Doesn't get baked. Until then, ice had melted. Ordered several times at the exit window asked what we have which.

By far the most blatant Mcdonalds I've ever experienced. Tables and floors dirty. Two times have to point out what was missing. Cheese on the Cheesburger cold and not melted. The culmination was the grease-smeared Big Mac wrapper from the chef .... never ever

Could be a little bit cleaner.

Normal MC Donalds fast food restaurant, clean rooms and modern furnishings. Air conditioning at minus degrees (outside) does not have to be, is very uncomfortable when eating. But the staff tried hard and very friendly.
